Key Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Carpenter with Ben Hardy & Company, you will:

• Work closely with experienced carpenters to learn and develop your carpentry skills.
• Assist in various carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing work, and custom woodworking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve project goals.

• Have a strong interest in pursuing a career in carpentry and construction.
• Be eager to learn and willing to take direction from experienced carpenters.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Prior carpentry experience or formal training is a plus but not required.
